Shipping

We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Lead times vary depending on the product:

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees upon delivery.

Returns

We accept returns on unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at realtaigafurs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Items must be returned in theiroriginal packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
